Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team in Tennessee. As a BT, you will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, and training families on implementing plans. We offer paid training, potential guaranteed hours, competitive compensation, and a supportive, team-oriented work

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience with children preferred.
Experience with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.
Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
Collect data to monitor progress and report on the individualized treatment plan.
Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
Assist with physical activities during sessions and keep pace with children aged 2–15 years.
Execute any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
