Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, one-to-one and group ABA sessions in a center setting. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA/BC to ensure client progress and family training.

You must be an RBT with BACB certification, complete background checks, and meet the physical requirements. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a year-round schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the BACB.
• Willing to participate in background check process.
• Physically able to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow client treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment plans.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
