Job summary

Centria Autism’s Life Skills Autism Academy in Allen, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one and group ABA therapy for young children under BCBA supervision. This role emphasizes data collection, behavior support, and family collaboration in a center-based setting.

Qualified applicants will have an RBT certification or be willing to complete training within 45 days, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification or be willing to complete 40-hour training and sit for the competency exam within 45 days of employment.
• Background check participation required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow prescribed ABA protocols as outlined by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely documentation.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
