Job summary

ACES is seeking a Clinical Supervisor of center programming to design, implement, and supervise ABA programs for in-center clients with ASD and other special needs. You will support Behavior Therapists, ensure program quality, and report to the Clinical Director.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, curriculum execution, and collaboration across centers. You will influence care quality through staff coaching, program adjustments, and coordination with clinical leadership while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs.
• 2+ years training and/or education related to ASD.
• Comfortable working in clinic setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-center capacity at a healthy level (80%+).
• Oversee in-center program implementation and space utilization.
• Provide training and clinical direction to group leaders and staff.
• Monitor curriculum implementation across age groups and ensure individualization of goals.
• Bill 60-100% of hours in center and coordinate with Clinical Director.
