Job summary

ACES is seeking an ABA-focused professional to design, implement and supervise programming for children with autism across home and clinic settings. You will tailor ABA plans with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet each client's needs.

Responsibilities include supervising direct care staff, traveling to regional clients, and updating progress using advanced data collection software, all while contributing to an OBM-driven culture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, ABA or related field.
• Completed degree preferred.
• Proven ABA experience (developing and implementing client programs).
• Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
• Supervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients
• Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software
• Participating in organizational improvements using OBM
