Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) to join our team in the Las Vegas area. You will provide 1-1 behavioral therapy in clients' homes, under BCBA supervision, helping children from birth to age 21 on the autism spectrum.

We offer flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment with competitive compensation. You will work closely with families to implement customized treatment plans and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children ASD is preferred but not required.
• Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
• Assist clients in sessions, including physical activities as needed.
