Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 in-home ABA services in Carson City, Nevada, working with children ages 2-15 under the supervision of BCBAs. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and train families to sustain strategies.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Nevada ABA board certification (or willingness to obtain if coming from another state).
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
