Job summary

Proud Moments ABA supports children on the autism spectrum with center-based, one-on-one ABA services. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement tailored treatment plans for each client.

As a Behavior Technician, you will collect progress data, train families, and communicate clearly with caregivers and supervisors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Part-time or full-time hours are available, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience with children is preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality must be maintained.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement BCBA-designed plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report changes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions with children aged 2–15.
• Perform other tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.
