Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA treatment in a center-based setting for children 2–21 years old. BTs work alongside BCBAs to implement individualized plans and monitor progress in a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication with families, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, with paid training and potential for guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with activities requiring physical effort and pace with children aged 2–15.
