Job summary

The UPS Store is seeking a Center Associate to deliver world-class customer service by processing packages and operating copiers, POS devices, and other equipment. You will advise customers on products and services and demonstrate knowledge of industry best practices.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly demeanor, and is a fast learner who will learn all aspects of the business quickly. Saturday work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Outstanding phone skills and strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Operates equipment, software, and devices, and shares knowledge with others.
• Becomes a Notary Public.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• MUST WORK SATURDAYS.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
