Qualifications include being at least 18, bilingual Spanish/English a plus, and CPR/First Aid readiness, with a CDA or AA preferred within six months. Training available for growth in this nurturing, community-focused center.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work with children including those with special needs and limited English proficiency.
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler's permits or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the classroom and actively supervise children.
• Maintain a safe playground environment and monitor health and safety.
• Foster health, safety, and school readiness of young learners.
• Support transportation, kitchen operations, family services, and developmental specialties as needed.
• Promote inclusive, bilingual, and developmentally appropriate learning.
