Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a full-time Center Supervisor to lead day-to-day ABA therapy operations at our Las Vegas location. You will supervise RBT staff, provide direct therapy, and assist with administrative duties under the Center Manager and Administrative Director.

The role combines clinical coverage with light administrative oversight in a growing behavioral health practice. The successful candidate will hold an active RBT certification, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodology and procedures.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with families and staff.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy for 60% of weekly hours.
• Provide coverage for one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to client and family needs and requests.
• Assist in administrative duties up to 40% of weekly hours and help manage day-to-day center operations.
