Proud Moments ABA is seeking a full-time, hourly Center Supervisor in North Las Vegas, NV to support center operations and deliver direct ABA therapy as an RBT. The role combines therapy with administrative duties under the Center Manager and Administrative Director, ensuring quality care and smooth day-to-day center activities.

The ideal candidate holds an active BACB RBT certification, has strong communication and organizational skills, and can work in a child-centered ABA environment.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies used in therapy.
• Ability to build productive relationships with families and staff.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to learners as an RBT (60% of weekly hours).
• Support RBT coverage as needed and implement BCBA/LBA plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of treatment plans.
• Assist Center Manager and Administrative Director with day-to-day center operations (≤40%).
• Open/close the center and manage room scheduling and pickup/drop-off.
• Carry out routine housekeeping and ensure safety in the center.
