Job summary

Maple Manor Rehab Center is seeking a full‑time marketing leader to drive internal and external marketing, collaborate with the team, and grow census across short-term rehab, long-term care, and assisted living communities.

You will develop strategies, coordinate branding and campaigns, and build strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to promote the center’s reputation and services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• 2 years in Sales or Business Development.
• 2 years in Business Development or Marketing in related healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to grow census.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain auto accident patients, short term care rehabilitation and long-term care residents, and assisted living clients.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, attorneys, and community organizations.
• Plan and attend outreach events, health fairs, and tours; coordinate branding, digital campaigns, social media and print materials.
• Monitor trends and report on market activity and competitor movement; collaborate with admissions, social work and clinical teams for a seamless resident experience.
• Work to drive a sales culture in the community with a positive attitude and influence; identify new census growth strategies.
• Travel locally to networking events, referral sources, and assessments.
