Cranberry Park West Bloomfield Senior Living Community is seeking a dynamic marketing and business development leader to grow census and strengthen community partnerships.

You will build relationships with hospitals and referral sources, manage tours, and drive external branding while collaborating with the leadership team. Local travel is required; the role combines on-site leasing outreach with strategic outreach to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred.
• Two years in business development or sales required.
• Knowledge of senior living services (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive census growth through targeted marketing and tours.
• Develop referral networks with hospitals, SNFs, and physician offices.
• Schedule and host community tours; manage leads and scheduling in CRM.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Director of Sales to track appointments and leads.
• Develop a local business development plan and establish regional relationships.
