Job summary

CareCore at Lakeridge seeks an Admissions & Marketing Director to drive census growth and manage the admissions process. This role blends on-site facility work with active field marketing and referral development to grow relationships with hospitals, case managers, and physicians.

You will coordinate admissions, verify insurance, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth resident transitions while building a strong referral network in the community.

Qualifications

• Requires admissions, marketing, or business development experience in long-term care/skilled nursing.
• Established community relationships and referral network preferred.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care.
• Experience with EMR systems such as PCC preferred.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• comfortable spending time in both facility and community settings to develop new business.

Responsibilities

• Drive census growth through strategic marketing and referral development.
• Manage the admissions process from referral through admission.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources.
• Represent the facility at networking events, community meetings, and healthcare partner visits.
• Conduct on-site and field marketing activities to expand referral networks.
• Verify insurance, obtain pre-certifications, and coordinate timely admissions.
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth resident transitions.
• Maintain accurate referral tracking and admissions reporting.
