• 8+ years cemetery maintenance experience with increasing responsibilities.
• 2+ years supervising and managing staff
• Environmental regulatory compliance experience
• New Construction / capital expenditure development experience

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of multiple cemeteries, ensuring safety and quality.
• Manage groundskeeping, landscaping, and seasonal plantings.
• Develop annual operating and personnel budgets.
• Source vendors and manage inventories and invoices.
• Collaborate with home office on capital expenditure projects.
