Sci Corp is seeking a Cemetery Location Manager in Santa Ana, CA to oversee the daily operations of a single location within the Funeral Home industry. You will drive financial results, ensure compliant practices, and lead staff development to deliver exceptional service to client families.

Responsibilities include budgeting, supervising frontline staff, achieving annual targets, and collaborating with Market Leadership and HR for staffing and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years industry experience in the applicable discipline with progressively increased responsibilities.
• Minimum (2) years of experience managing people or projects.
• Budgeting and expense control experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan and budget with Market Leadership.
• Monitor and achieve annual financial goals.
• Approve expenditures and invoices including overtime.
• Manage daily activities to ensure on-time services.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Establish location goals and priorities.
• Present and communicate strategies and goals to staff.
• Oversee frontline supervisors and accountability.
• Collaborate with HR and Market Leadership for recruiting and retention.
• Engage with community organizations to promote the location.
