Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Cemetery Supervisor to manage cemetery grounds and facilities, lead the grounds team, and ensure safe, compliant operations across locations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience in grounds/facility maintenance.
• Experience hiring, developing, leading, and managing a staff.
• Able to operate large mechanical equipment and machines.
• Capable of understanding maps for grave locations and layouts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cemetery grounds team; train and monitor progress.
• Communicate deliverables and work orders from sales to the grounds team.
• Coordinate daily plans for cemetery operations.
• Assist hiring of new cemetery grounds staff.
• Ensure proper grave, mausoleum and niche are identified prior to burial.
• Maintain stock of burial containers, markers and fuel.
• Order parts for cemetery equipment.
• Perform grounds maintenance and setup tasks.
• Keep driveways and walkways safe; perform minor repairs to markers.
• Set up tents/canopies and chairs for graveside ceremonies.
• Prepare crypts and install grave markers and memorials.
• Operate equipment safely and store properly.
• Assist in cemetery vehicle maintenance and casket handling.
• Observe safety rules and comply with regulations.
