Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the grounds staff daily, including laying out grave sites and preparing for burials.
• Recruit and manage performance, and discharge grounds staff when necessary.
• Fill roles in grounds keeping and facilities maintenance as needed.
• Verify interment locations are accurate.
• Prepare sites for services per client families' wishes.
• Ensure compliance with memorialization wishes and safety rules.
• Train and supervise grounds crew and maintain memorials/crypts.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and safety equipment.
• Ensure uniforms and appearance reflect well to client families.
