Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent or relevant work experience.
• Ability to operate hand-held tools and equipment safely.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with assistance.

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cuts grass, maintains lawn and walkways, and trims around markers.
• Clears debris and snow removal as needed.
• Erects tents and arranges chairs for graveside services.
• Assists with setup for interments and openings/closings.
• Prepares crypts and installs grave markers and memorials.
• Operates backhoe under supervision for grave digging.
• Maintains and repairs cemetery features and equipment.
• Observe safety rules and regulatory guidelines.
