Responsibilities

• Cuts grass and maintains lawn, trims around trees, walkways and memorial markers.
• Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways; snow removal as needed.
• Erects tents and arranges chairs for graveside ceremony.
• Assists with openings/closings for interments and entombments.
• Maintains cemetery facilities and performs minor repairs.
• Operates backhoe under supervision for grave digging when required.
• Maintains and installs grave markers and memorials.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and vehicles; observes safety rules.
