Job summary
Coastal Well Service LLC in Fairmont, WV is looking for an experienced Cement Supervisor to lead cementing operations for oil and gas well plugging and abandonment projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of oilfield experience with strong knowledge of cement slurry design and well integrity standards. Responsibilities include supervising all cementing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting Job Safety Analysis meetings. Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years oilfield experience with at least 2+ years in cementing.
Proven experience in well plugging and abandonment operations strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of cement slurry design and downhole conditions.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all cementing operations associated with well plugging and abandonment projects.
Plan and execute cement plug programs including surface and production zone isolation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Skills
Leadership and crew management
Problem-solving in high-pressure environments
Mechanical and operational expertise with pumping equipment
Education
High school diploma or GED
Technical training preferred
