Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring compliance with MSHA/OSHA and drug/alcohol testing.
• Minimum 5 years of yard, quarry, or heavy industrial operations experience.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment, maintenance practices, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily yard operations to safely handle raw materials, fuels, clinker, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety policies, PPE, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and coordinate yard equipment activities to support production schedules.
• Monitor stockpiles and inventory to maintain material flow.
• Inspect equipment and yard areas to identify hazards and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams on material supply and repairs.
• Train yard personnel in safe operation and housekeeping practices.
• Maintain records of material movement, equipment hours, and fuel use.
