Strong candidates have 5+ years in operations, a solid mechanical background, and proven leadership. This role requires a hands-on leader committed to safety and continuous improvement at the terminal level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant operations experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and financial acumen.
• Experience in logistics or cement/construction materials is an asset.
