Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a terminal operations teammate to safely load, unload, and transfer cement and materials using specialized equipment. You will monitor operations, perform routine inspections, and assist with maintenance and repairs to keep equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and transfer cement and other materials using terminal equipment and systems.

• Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of terminal equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate operating records and support inventory control.
• Work collaboratively with team members, customers, drivers, and contractors to ensure service and performance.
