Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Manager CEM at the Theodore Cement Plant in Alabama to lead the production department toward meeting safety, quality and output targets. You will drive planning, budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives in a complex manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering and at least 7 years of cement plant experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel and SAP. Travel about 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 7 years cement plant experience across functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production department to efficiently manufacture budgeted quantities.
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality objectives are met.
• Direct the use of production equipment and personnel effectively and efficiently.
• Provide leadership, coaching and delegation as needed to staff.
