Amrize is seeking a Production Manager CEM to lead the Theodore Cement Plant’s production function, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency while meeting budgeted targets. The role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with other departments to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in cement plant operations, a science/engineering degree, and strong skills in safety, analysis, and SAP-based planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering required.
• Minimum 7 years of cement plant experience across functional areas.
• Strong safety and leadership track record is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP for operations data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant production function to meet budgeted volumes.
• Direct safe, efficient use of equipment and personnel.
• Set annual department objectives aligned with plant goals.
• Partner with CIP and Regional Management for smooth operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of department performance.
