• Maintain production quality and process reliability by leading crew meetings and adjusting parameters as needed.
• Authorize schedules, overtime, and time off per department needs and policy.
• Complete required documentation and production reporting at shift end.
• Adhere to Cemex, OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations at all times.
