Responsibilities

• Partner with the Plant Manager to lead safe, reliable cement manufacturing operations.
• Drive plant performance using metrics like kiln availability and energy use.
• Lead supervisors and department leaders, building capability.
• Coordinate production and maintenance priorities for reliability.
• Champion safety and environmental compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize throughput and costs.
• Support operating and capital planning with data-driven insights.
• Step in for Plant Manager during issues.
