Responsibilities

• Partner with the Plant Manager to lead safe, reliable cement operations.
• Drive plant performance using kiln availability, production, energy metrics.
• Lead and develop supervisors and department leaders for accountability.
• Coordinate production and maintenance priorities, including shutdowns.
• Champion a strong safety and environmental culture and ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams to improve throughput and cost.
• Support operating and capital planning using production and financial data.
• Step in for the Plant Manager during issues or on-call scenarios.
