Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a Cement Plant Administrator II in Nazareth, PA to support daily plant operations. You will handle A/P processing, purchasing support, and general office administration within a heavy industrial environment.

The role involves SAP workflow, insurance certificates, payroll backup, scheduling, and coordination with plant personnel, vendors and contractors to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; related business admin/ accounting education a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; data organization and basic formulas.
• Prior accounts payable, invoice processing, or purchasing experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred; ability to learn new systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Office/plant administration background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process A/P invoices through SAP workflow.
• Enter Purchase Requisitions and support daily purchasing.
• Confirm receipt, quantity and price against POs.
• Manage certificate of insurance workflow and BOM parts/materials support.
• Handle phones, mail, meetings, office supplies, printers, and general admin.
• Backup for payroll, scheduling and other admin tasks.
