American Cement Association (ACA) seeks a Senior Vice President, Research, Technology, and Outreach to guide ACA's research, technology, standards development, and industry outreach activities.

The SVP will lead a team of technical experts, set priorities with the CEO, and serve as a respected industry authority across cement and concrete sectors, addressing sustainability and decarbonization challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• At least 15 years of progressive leadership in cement, concrete, construction materials, or related industries.
• Advanced degree or professional licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for ACA's research, technology, standards development, and outreach.
• Lead a team of technical experts and align work with ACA's strategic objectives.
• Represent ACA with member companies, researchers, standards bodies, and government agencies.
• Prioritize resources and coordinate with the CEO and senior leaders to advance industry innovation.
