American Cement Association seeks a Senior Vice President, Research, Technology, and Outreach to steer ACA's research, technology, standards, and outreach initiatives. The role reports to the President & CEO and leads a high-visibility function across cement and concrete industries.

The SVP will set priorities, allocate resources, and serve as a recognized technical authority with member companies, research bodies, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
• Advanced degree or professional licensure is preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive leadership in cement, concrete, or construction materials industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for ACA's research, technology, standards, and outreach.
• Lead a team of technical experts and align activities with ACA's strategic plan.
• Represent ACA with member companies, researchers, and government and industry partners.
