Job summary

You will collaborate with members and ACA's government affairs team to shape policy positions on MSHA, OSHA, and related regulations, and manage risk-management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of federal OSHA/MSHA policies.
• Ability to translate regulatory issues into practical guidance.
• Experience supporting policy advocacy and coalition-building.
• Experience with data, education, and member programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal OSHA and MSHA developments and advise on policy.
• Develop industry positions and support legislative and judicial advocacy.
• Lead the Occupational Health and Safety Committee liaison and member services.
• Oversee benchmarking, education, and safety-recognition programs.
• Manage budgets, deadlines, and coordination with consultants.
