Qualifications

• Well-rounded knowledge of brewing, beer styles and beer knowledge.
• Able to work and communicate well with others.
• Organized and detail oriented; accurate record keeping skills.
• Clean and maintain high standards of cleanliness in brewery.
• Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform production duties including keg washing, cellar prep, fermentation management, filtration, transferring, and packaging.
• Attend brewery staff meetings and maintain clean working environment.
• Maintain documentation of brewing, cellaring, and related processes.
• Conduct basic sensory analysis of beers and ingredients.
• Support events and festivals as needed.
