Job summary

2 Towns Ciderhouse is seeking Cellar Crew Members to join our production team in Corvallis, OR. The role involves daily fermentation, filtration, and production of craft beverages, with duties including keg filling, tank cleaning, yeast handling, and collaboration with the packaging team.

Shift is 2nd: Wed-Sat 8:00 am–8:30 pm, with 12-hour days and 40 hours weekly. Benefits include health, 401k, vacation, and PTO. Applicants should have a positive attitude and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in craft beverage production is a plus.
• Ability to lift 150 lb+ kegs and operate forklift.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day fermentations and filtrations to craft craft beverages.
• Produce beverages and assist packaging team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fill kegs, clean tanks, wash kegs, and maintain cleanliness of the cellar.
• Yeast rehydration and nutrient additions to fermentations.
• Operate forklift and Skyjacks; climb ladders and handle chemicals.
