ASAHI BEER USA | OCTOPI BREWING in Wisconsin is hiring for 2nd Shift and Weekend Night brewers to support a 24/7 fermentation operation. You will pitch yeast, monitor fermentation, and help keep tanks and equipment clean while hitting daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a loud production environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and safety-first.
• Prior brewing or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage yeast pitching, fermentation, conditioning, filtration, dry hopping, and dealcoholization
• Keep tanks, lines, and cellar equipment clean, sanitized, and running smoothly (CIP)
• Track batch data and flag anything that looks off before it becomes a problem
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your shift supervisor and teammates to hit production targets
