Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Material Operations Lead for Warehouse Cell Therapy at Devens, MA. The role focuses on on-floor leadership, CGMP compliant material handling, and collaboration with QA, planning and quality control teams.

Responsibilities include supporting deviations, material pack-out, inventory cycle counts, and safe operation of forklifts and pallet wrappers. Strong SAP experience and distribution of goods are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of shipping/receiving/warehousing in CGMP biotech facility preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience with controlled documentation and CAPA processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor support for direction, work prioritization and troubleshooting.
• Assist with quality event triage and management escalation.
• Perform CGMP paperwork following GDocP principles.
• Cross-train into Kitting and Product Services for pack-out operations.
