Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA is seeking a Material Operations Lead in Warehouse Cell Therapy. This role oversees floor activities, ensures CGMP quality, and supports packaging and shipments of raw materials.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with QA, planning, and QC teams. Two focused duties include leading floor operations and coordinating outbound shipments while ensuring compliance with DOT/IATA.

Qualifications

High school Diploma or GED; additional post-secondary education preferred.
5+ years in shipping/receiving/warehousing in CGMP biotech environment preferred.
Experience with SAP and couriers for inbound/outbound shipments.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on floor/on-site.
Knowledge of DOT/IATA regulations for material shipments.

Responsibilities

Provide floor support for direction, work prioritization, and troubleshooting across the team.
Assist with triage of quality events and escalation to Management.
Assist with controlled document updates in the Document Management System.
Independently execute deviations and other records within the Quality Management System.
Propose process improvements to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
Oversee and execute preparation and pack-out of CGMP materials for shipment.
Coordinate with network peers and manage shipments.
Operate with safety, quality, and integrity as core principles.
Perform goods receipt of SAP managed consumables and raw materials.
Put materials away into SAP bin locations; perform inventory cycle counts.
Cross-train into Kitting and Product Services as needed.
