Responsibilities include ensuring cGMP adherence, correct documentation, and effective resource management, while building high-performing teams and driving site priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience including management of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Work Centered Team (WCT) responsible for Cell Therapy manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within Manufacturing Operations.
• Maintain cGMP compliance with SOPs and WIs; ensure right-first-time documentation.
• Lead weekly Tier meetings and daily scheduling discussions.
• Develop team through coaching, training, and performance management.
