Job summary

A leading cancer care organization in Baton Rouge is seeking a Cellular Therapy Service Line Manager to oversee operational performance and strategic direction of cellular therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of leadership experience in healthcare, particularly in infusion services or oncology. Candidates with experience in advanced therapies such as Cell and Gene Therapy are highly preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are crucial for this role. Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management.
• Experience in infusion services, oncology, or advanced therapies such as Cell and Gene Therapy.
• 1-2 years experience specifically in Cell Therapy populations.
