Job summary

Community Health Network MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to lead the Cellular Therapy Unit. You will provide compassionate nursing care, supervise daily operations, and ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Indiana RN license required with 2+ years in stem cell, oncology, or critical care; BSN preferred. You will collaborate with a dedicated caregiving team to advance exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN/CCNE/ACEN or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily, shift-to-shift leadership to support the Cellular Therapy Unit operations.
• Demonstrate excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, scheduling, relationship building and organizational skills.
• Have authority and autonomy to ensure appropriate clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes while leading the team.
