Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb's Cell Therapy Manufacturing team in Devens, MA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Associate to support routine manufacturing operations for cell therapy products. The role requires hands-on experience in cGMP bioprocessing, aseptic processing, and training others on SOPs.

Responsibilities include executing procedures, maintaining documentation, collaborating with production planning, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across multiple shifts in a cleanroom

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts (Day, Night, Weekends and/or Holidays).
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and perform aseptic processing.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations described in SOPs and batch records.
• Complete documentation per transfer/validation protocols and batch records.
• Troubleshoot problems; apply existing solutions.
• Maintain safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Train others on SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Assist in setting up manufacturing areas and equipment.
• Write manufacturing operating procedures that are technically sound.
• Coordinate with production planning to execute daily schedules.
• Work in a cleanroom and perform aseptic processing per specs.
