Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in cell biology/bioengineering or related field with 2-5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in experimental design, execution, data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with JMP or similar statistics and scientific writing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute scale-down and full-scale cell therapy experiments for process development.
• Analyze data with statistics and present findings to stakeholders.
• Document experiments thoroughly in ELN and write development reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable rapid turnaround.
• Maintain lab inventories and support routine lab maintenance.
• Maintain a safe laboratory environment and comply with policies.
