Job summary

Kite Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor of Cell Therapy Manufacturing in Frederick, MD to oversee on-the-floor operations in a cGMP setting. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation, and production schedules.

The role requires 5+ years in cell therapy or biotech manufacturing leadership, with the ability to work evening to late night hours and participate in on-call rotations. A strong quality mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cGMP Manufacturing and/or Manufacturing Leadership and/or Operations experience at MA/MS level.
• 5+ years of cGMP Manufacturing and/or Manufacturing Leadership and/or Operations experience at BA/BS level.
• 7+ years of cGMP Manufacturing and/or Manufacturing Leadership and/or Operations experience at Associate level.
• 9+ years of cGMP Manufacturing and/or Manufacturing Leadership and/or Operations experience at High School level.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of on-the-floor operations of cell therapy manufacturing in a cGMP environment.
• Build and lead a team; provide training in line with cGMP requirements.
• Support review/approval of procedural changes within documentation.
• Communicate clearly with shift supervisors; disseminate information.
