Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Associate to support the production of clinical cell therapy products in a cGMP environment. The role involves aseptic processing, raw material preparation, batch record execution, and cleanroom operations to ensure high-quality product output, with a strong emphasis on quality and cross-functional collaboration.

This 12-month contract is on a 3rd shift (9pm–7:30am) and requires 4–6 years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical product manufacturing for cell therapy per cGMP standards.
• Assemble raw materials and follow SOPs for manufacturing.
• Complete batch records and review MBRs the same day of execution.
• Coordinate with QA Document Control for MBRs and deviations.
• Support Operations to ensure proper resource availability and compliance.
