Job summary

AstraZeneca's Frederick Manufacturing Center is seeking Production Technicians to operate and support processing equipment in a fast-paced bioprocessing environment. The role involves following SOPs, MPRs, and SPRs, and advancing through Tech I–III with increasing responsibility.

You will participate in solution preparation, cell culture, purification and formulation, while adhering to cGMP documentation and MES workflows. A collaborative team culture and ongoing skill development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 0-1 yrs experience with High School Diploma- Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasks- Ability to comply with cGMP standards- Must possess computer skills
• Ability to follow instruction and directions

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment per SOPs, MPRs, SPRs under cGMPs
• Assist with solution prep, cell culture, purification & formulation
• Support qualification training and MES documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement on the production floor
• Adhere to AstraZeneca values and behaviors
