ImmunityBio seeks a Research Associate II, Analytical Development to support adoptive cell therapy projects. You will develop, optimize and validate bioassays, and assist in laboratory operations for cell therapy programs.

The role involves cell characterization using CytOf, flow cytometry, HPLC, ELISA and MSD; you will also design analytical method development and transfer activities across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of biology/biochemistry/immunology experience or Master’s with 1+ year required.
• Experience with immunoassay technologies (Mass Cytometry, flow cytometry, HPLC, ELISA, MSD) and molecular assays (Q-PCR).
• Experience with cell therapy products including NK and T cells is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cell-based assays to support analytical and process development.
• Maintain cells and calibrate/operate cell analysis equipment.
• Develop SOPs, analytical methods, sampling plans and batch records.
• Support cross-functional teams in cell therapy projects and method development.
• Design experiments to develop and transfer cell-based potency methods.
