Job summary

GE Aerospace Beavercreek site is seeking a Manufacturing Associate (Cell Specialist) to support production by following written instructions, maintaining a safe work area, and operating tools to produce high-quality parts.

Required: high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months using basic hand tools, and willingness to work shifts. Protective gear is provided, with vouchers for safety shoes and safety glasses as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience using basic hand tools.
• Experience safely using hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers).
• Must be 18+ at join date; may involve high-risk operations and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production tools and equipment and follow written instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and monitor tool settings.
• Handle metal components: trimming, cutting, polishing, deburring to spec.
• Move materials with forklift/tugger and support material flow in shipping/receiving.
• Transfer between machines and assist as directed by supervision.
• Support other areas as needed by the People Leader.
